EOI: November Raku Workshop
with Shirley Butterick

She's Knots Studio will be hosting a special raku firing workshop this November, led by highly respected Gold Coast Ceramic Artist Shirley Butterick

With over 20 years of experience, Shirley brings a deep understanding of raku - from kiln firing through to surface experimentation .

This hands-on workshop will offer a unique opportunity to explore the expressive and unpredictable nature of the raku process.

Participants will have the option to experiment with horsehair and feather application, along with the traditional raku glazes and reduction firing techniques, creating beautifully organic and one -of-a-kind results, on either their own vessel or a purchased vessel from the She's Knots Studio.

This will be a small, intimate workshop, designed to give participants to opportunity to learn directly from an experienced maker and fully immerse themselves in the firing process.

Expressions of interest are now open, with limited places to be released.
